A staging store and a production store are separate stores. Each must be connected to its own Kiliba account so that products, orders, contacts and settings remain isolated.

Prepare both accounts

• Staging account: used for connection and synchronisation tests.
• Production account: used for real data and campaigns.

If you can access only one account, use the Submit a request form before connecting the second environment. Do not use email aliases to bypass account creation.

1. Connect staging

1. Open the Kiliba account intended for staging.
2. Install the relevant connector: PrestaShop, Shopify or Adobe Commerce (Magento).
3. Use this account identifier in the staging module.
4. Check that test products, contacts and orders synchronise. Keep scenarios disabled to prevent unintended sends.

2. Connect production

1. Open the separate Kiliba account intended for production.
2. Install the connector on the production store using the second account identifier.
3. Check the connected store, synchronised volumes, sender and consent statuses.
4. Activate scenarios only after completing these checks.

Never replace the staging account identifier with the production identifier in the same module. Each environment must keep its dedicated connection.
