Connecting your store provides Kiliba with the data required to build audiences, personalise emails and measure results.

Data used

• Contacts: details, language and subscription statuses provided by your source.
• Catalogue: products, variants, prices, availability and images, depending on the data provided by your CMS.
• Orders: content, amount, date and status.
• Behaviour: visits and carts when your connector and configuration provide them.

Available data varies by CMS, connector version and enabled features. Kiliba can only use information actually provided by your store.

After connecting

Wait for the initial synchronisation to finish, then check the displayed contact, product and order volumes. If data is missing, first check the connection status and module configuration.
