📊DASHBOARD : Campaign reports

A summary table of your Kiliba-generated data

You'll be able to filter your information according to the workflows you want, as well as by time period (last month, current month, forever...)

✍️DESIGN

In this tab, you can :

• Insert your logo
• Customize your emails
  • Add the colors you want to your emails.
• Change the text in your emails*
  • Display product prices
  • Choose the tone of your emails
    • Simple & neutral (formal)
    • Professional & serious (formal address)
    • Fun & quirky (first name)
  • Change font

*In the scenarios "Edit email” tab, you can also modify the template.

• Enter URLs for your social networks

📧 Usescases

• You can activate the usecase of your choice.
  • They are divided according to:
    • Customer behaviors and events
    • Calendar events
      • +1 customizable event usecase
    • Website animations

👥 CONTACTS

• Here you can find :

  • All your contacts in your back office (basic contacts)
  • All customers targeted by Kiliba (subscribers)

• Here you will find information about your customers (name, email address, status, reason, language), which you can filter by status or reason.

At the top right of the table you can :

• Download this report
• Import a blacklist if you wish to blacklist customers
• Select the languages in which you want your emails to be sent

💳 ORDERS

• You can filter by usecase and by date

• Sales generated by Kiliba (30 days, 7 days, 3 days and 24h after opening the email).

  • Sales for 30 days also include sales for 7-day.
  • The 7-day sales figure also includes the 3-day sales figure.
  • 3-day sales also include 24-hour sales.

• A table summarizing the orders generated by Kiliba (ID, amount, customer, email open date, purchase date, thanks to which usecase, status).

💼 PRODUCTS

• Here you'll find all the products (ID, product name, status, sales generated) that can be purchased on your site.

At the top right of the table you can :

• Download this report
• Import a blacklist if you wish to blacklist products

👤USER PROFILE

• Here you find information about your store and your profile (store name, customer response email, Kiliba account ID...)
• You can manage your order display settings and choose how to recommend your products in emails thanks to the stock management (see screenshot)
