đź’ˇ Here is a guide to install step by step your Kiliba account !
After creating your Kiliba account, you need to connect the module to your Prestashop back office.
🛍️Step 1 : Connect your store
Click on the "Connect your store" button and follow the steps indicated :
*If you click on "I just want to discover the application", you'll be able to connect the module immediately afterwards (see screenshot).
- Select your CMS
*If you click on "Skip this step", you'll be able to connect the module immediately afterwards (see screenshot).
đź’ľ Step 2 : Download the module on Addons.
Addons > https://addons.prestashop.com/en/
Before that, be sure that the latest version of the Kiliba module is compatible with the version of your Prestashop.
- Click on "Download", fill in the required information and select the desired version of the module (as a zip file). ⚠️ Do not unzip it.
🦉 Step 3 : Installe the module
Prestashop offers a tutorial video to Install an Addons module
- Go to the "Module Manager " tab of your Prestashop
- Click on the button "Install a module" at the top of your screen, making sure to install the module on the production store
- Upload the previously downloaded zip file
- The module is installed. Now click on the button "Configure".
- Then enter the account ID that was provided to you in the user profile page of the Kiliba app and click on "Save".
If the green message is displayed, the module is updated !
đź’ľ Step 4 : Synchronize your data from Kiliba
Go back to your Kiliba space and click on the button "Start" to launch the data’s synchronise from your website to Kiliba.
The module is well installed !
Depending on the size of your database, this synch may take a few minutes to a few hours.
The data of your website (contacts and product catalog) will appear in the tabs "Contacts" and "Products".
You can already activate the usecases of your choice and customise the templates!
