Each connected store has its own Kiliba account so its data, settings and campaigns remain separate.

Add a store

1. Create the store account through the Kiliba sign-up journey.
2. Select its CMS or the custom connection option.
3. Install or configure the relevant connector.
4. Repeat for each store.

Use an email address that you can access over time. Do not add +1 or +2 aliases unless your email provider guarantees that you will receive them.

Switch between stores

One user can access multiple stores when they have been added to each store's team. Use the store selector in Kiliba. The multi-store view becomes available when your user has access to at least two stores.
