A firewall, network filter or untrusted certificate may prevent access to Kiliba. Never bypass a browser security warning.
Checks to perform
- Reload the page and check the date and time on your device.
- Try another up-to-date browser. Do not install a certificate offered by an unknown page.
- Record the exact error code, for example a code beginning with
ERR_CERT. - Send the affected domain and error code to your network administrator so they can check the proxy, firewall and certificate chain.
What not to do
- Do not click Continue anyway.
- Do not disable antivirus, firewall or certificate verification.
- Do not send passwords, tokens, session cookies or screenshots containing personal data.
If the issue remains after your network team has checked it, use Submit a request and include the error code, affected domain, browser and test time.
