Each blacklist of a contact is justified by a reason. Read all about it in this article!
Reasons :
- Former contact :
To adjust the number of subscribers, we define a reference date and mark as "Old contact" those dating from before this date.
⚠️If a contact becomes active again (makes a purchase on the customer site, for example), they will automatically be reintegrated into the subscriber base so you don't miss the opportunity to contact them.
- Package adjustment :
If you exceed the number of subscribers included in your package, you can blacklist them by choosing this reason (see : How to blacklist a contact ?)
- Language block :
You can decide to block a language. All contacts associated with this language will be automatically blacklisted (see : How to set up languages in Kiliba ?)
- Customer request :
It is possible that one of your customers no longer wishes to receive your communications. You can use the reason "Requested by customer".
- Personalised reason :
You can write your own blacklist reason in order to organize yourself better.
- Source Brevo :
After integration with Brevo, your contacts are blacklisted for this reason (see: How to synchronize my blacklisted Brevo contacts with Kiliba ?)
- Source Mailchimp :
After an integration with Mailchimp, your contacts are blacklisted under this reason.
- Admin API :
You have the ability to blacklist a client (or group of clients) via API. (see : How to generate an API key from Kiliba ?)
