💡 Note: Kiliba performs an automatic blacklist during the 1st synchronisation of the data of your online store (Marketplaces, incorrect addresses example: kiliba@gmil.com instead of "Gmail"...).

This also works if you want to "delete" zombies, for example. By blacklisting them, they will no longer be part of your subscriber base.

🏷️ Step 1 : Go to the "Contacts" tab

To blacklist a contact, go to the “Contacts” tab and click on “Import blacklist”.

📁 Step 2: Import a .csv file

Then drag or click to browse and select a csv file. This csv file must include a single column with the email of each contact to blacklist (see screenshot).

‼️ The file must not exceed 2.5 MB ‼️
