⚙️Il it is possible that your firewalls or security are blocking the connection to Kiliba, or the error "Oops, an error has occurred" appears.

One of the reasons for this error may be related to a certificate problem, in order to unblock this situation, here is the procedure :

➞ From the Kiliba connection page, right-click and then click on "Inspect".

➞ A window appears, click on "Console".

➞ If the problem is indeed linked to the certificate, you will find a red message linked to the certificate type "ERR_CERTIF" ... " :

• If this is the case, click on the "error page" link on the right, in grey, then click on "Continue" :

➞ You will be redirected to a certificate "problem" page

➞ Copy the URL and send it to your network or technical manager to validate the domain.

• If this is not the case, you can send us the error message to facilitate resolution.
