👉 In the case of migrating your site to a new CMS, it is necessary to create a new Kiliba account to connect it to your new site.

Indeed, if the old account is linked to the new site, there is a risk that the store data may not be transferred correctly in the application.

👉 Please note that you will need to manually configure the new account. The data from your old Kiliba account will not be migrated to the new one (design, activation/programming of scenarios, configuration of promo codes, etc.).

👉 Remember to export contacts from your old site to import them into your new site. This will help retrieve data related to blacklisting (unsubscribes, etc.).

1️⃣ Step 1 : Create a new Kiliba account for the new site

2️⃣ Step 2 : Connect the Kiliba module to your new site

All you have to do is connect the module to your store !

• Connect the module to Prestashop
• Connect the module to Shopify
• Connect the module to Adobe Commerce (Magento)

3️⃣ Step 3 : Notify us when it is done
