💡 Kiliba can send emails in different languages.

Do you have foreign clients in your database? Don’t worry, we also thought of them!

You can send your emails in different languages such as Spanish, English, French or Italian for example.

❓How does it work ?

The language chosen by Kiliba will depend on the client’s language in your back office.

🤔 How do I manage languages on the app ?

To find this information in the Kiliba app, :

• Go to “Contacts”
• Click on “Manage Languages” tab.

You will find the language of each of your contacts as well as the language in which the email is sent to them.

To preview your emails in each language :

• Go to a workflow
• Click on “Edit Email”.

You can modify it on the top left and see the content in the different languages (see screenshot).
