💡 If you do not wish to communicate about one or several specific products, we invite you to blacklist them. This blacklist is effective only on Kiliba.

To blacklist one or more products, follow these steps :

🏷️ Step 1: Go to the "Products" tab

To blacklist a product, go to the “Products” tab and click “Import blacklist”.

🏷️ Step 2: Importing a .csv file

Then drag or click to browse and select a csv file. This csv file must include the IDs of your products to blacklist in the first column (see screenshot).

‼️ We do not import files beyond 2.5 MB‼️
