Kiliba synchronises all “active” contacts from your CMS. In these contacts Kiliba will only contact the subscribers who will be segmented according to different information.
📨 What is the difference between a contact and a subscriber ?
- Contacts : All customer accounts in your store
- Subscribers : Your customers who have not signed off or are not blacklisted
🟩 What is an active client ?
The active customers are :
- All buyers from 1 year
- All customers who visited less than 6 months ago
- All customers who opened a mail less than 6 months ago
