Summary :
➡️ New products or promotions ➡️ One or more calendar events (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.) ➡️ Welcome ➡️ Abandoned shopping basket
Depending on the scenario, you'll be able to reactivate "cold" customers, retain "warm" customers and engage "hot" customers. 🚀
We urge you to read the article to find out more ! 😉 |
💡 As a reminder, the scenarios are programmed by default. You can change the date using the "Timeline" option, according to your needs. The day an email is sent can significantly change the results of a scenario. Make sure that this is consistent.
🚀Reactivate cold customers (low engagement)
What is a cold customer ?
Customers considered to be cold are those who are least active on your site (for example: they have not made any purchases or visited your site recently). These "zombies" represent potential. It is important to re-engage them in order to attract their attention again and let them benefit from your brand.
Reactivation scenarios :
- Anniversary scenarios (customer birthday and sign up anniversary) : Birthdays are always a good reason to make purchases, and what better way to take the plunge than with a promo code.
- Ephemeris : Being close to your customers is an essential lever for reactivation. It's always nice to be wished your birthday with a set of personalised recommendations.
|
Tip : We advise you to activate at least one reactivation scenario. For example, the "Customer birthday" scenario is a nice touch that always makes people happy. 🥳 |
⚡Increase warm customer traffic (medium engagement)
What is a warm customer ?
Customers considered to be warm are the "active" ones who are attracted to your brand. Whether they are champions, loyal or simply interested, they all represent enormous potential and are often just waiting for one thing: the right scenario at the right time with the right content.
- Calendar events (Black Friday, Halloween, Christmas, etc.) : Calendar events punctuate our year both as sellers and consumers. A large-scale mailing for an event can make all the difference in a specific period.
- New Products* and Promotions : These are weekly scenarios that intelligently target your customers who are most likely to be interested in your new products or promotions.
- Booster : Scenarios targeting people who haven't received an email, made a purchase or visited the site in the last 30 days. It enables you to maintain contact with customers who have drifted away from your brand.
*New products are considered as such by default if they have been created OR reactivated within a 45-day period. These parameters can be modified on request (via chat or support@kiliba.com).

🔥Convert hot customers (high engagement)
What is a hot customer ?
Customers considered to be hot are those who have taken a recent action on your site. They are interested in the brand and a specific email can be decisive for a purchase.
- Welcome scenarios : New customers are waiting to discover your brand, and what better way to introduce them to your world than with a welcome email featuring your best products.
- Abandoned shopping carts : Customers who have abandoned a basket are generally the most likely to buy. All it takes is an email containing the products in their basket, plus a set of complementary products, to get them to take action.
- Visit without purchase : A customer's visit is a sign of interest in your products. The scenario allows you to help them find their ideal purchase.
- Cross-selling : Following a purchase, the scenario recommends the most popular products to complement your customer's previous purchase.
