Turn an in-store visit, a trade-show interaction or website traffic into new contacts you can activate in Kiliba. The form collects useful information so you can tailor campaigns to each person’s answers.
Before you start
- Open Forms & Popups, then select Forms.
- To activate a form, the Email field must remain visible and required, and the Opt-in field must remain visible.
- Prepare the consent wording and privacy-policy link that apply to your use case.
1. Create the form
- Click Create a form.
- Give it a name that will make it easy to identify in Kiliba.
- Configure its title, subtitle, image and displayed elements.
2. Choose the information to collect
The form can collect an email address and, depending on your needs, a phone number, first name, last name, birthday, language and marketing consent.
You can also add custom questions with free-text, single-choice or multiple-choice answers. Questions can be required, and their answers can later be used to refine your segments.
3. Customise the experience
- Match colours, typography, spacing, fields and the button to your brand.
- Choose the message displayed after sign-up, or redirect the person to an HTTPS page on your website.
- If needed, enable the related email and customise the message sent after submission.
Use the preview before activation to check the desktop and mobile layout.
4. Activate and share the form
- Save your changes, then click Activate.
- Open Share & embed.
- Choose how to distribute it: public link, downloadable QR code, website embed code or call-to-action button.
A deactivated form is no longer publicly available. A form that has already been activated can be deactivated, but it can no longer be deleted.
5. Review and use sign-ups
From the form, click View responses to search for a submission, review submitted fields or export the results as a CSV file.
After data synchronisation, subscribers are available in the Form - [form name] contact list. Use this list when targeting campaigns, or build a dynamic segment from custom-question answers. Submissions appear in the form’s responses first; they may not be immediately available for campaign targeting.
