If Cloudflare blocks exchanges between your store and Kiliba, first identify the rejected request in Cloudflare security events.
Before changing a rule
- Check that the blocked domain and path belong to your store and the Kiliba connector.
- Do not disable the WAF or create a rule that allows all traffic.
- Do not reuse an old network-address list found in a screenshot or support ticket.
Get the current settings
Use the Submit a request form. Include your CMS, domain and the blocked event identifier. The team will provide the settings through an appropriate channel.
Create a targeted rule
In Cloudflare, create a rule limited to the settings confirmed by Kiliba. Keep protections enabled for all other traffic, then test the connection from Kiliba.
If the issue remains, include the test time, Cloudflare event identifier and error code in your request. Never send passwords, tokens or customer-data exports.
