In store preferences, you can choose whether product recommendations take gender into account or remain the same for all contacts.

Choose the mode

1. Open Preferences, then the store settings.
2. Find the product-recommendation gender setting.
3. Select Whatever their gender to offer products to all contacts, or the differentiated mode to apply available matching.
4. Save.

Differentiated-mode behaviour

When this mode is enabled, Kiliba uses the available contact gender and product classification. Contacts whose gender is unknown keep global recommendations. The outcome therefore depends on the quality and availability of source data.

This setting affects product selection; it does not change contact data in your CMS.
