🔎 When one of your customers opens an email sent by Kiliba and places an order 4 hours, 24jours, 5 and 30 days later, we consider that it was influenced and achieved thanks to our email. We recommend that you rely on the most consistent periods for your sector of activity.

Why this attribution ? Let's say one of your customers opens your email, they can :
- Receive your email and make a purchase directly*.
- Receive your email during working hours or before going to a restaurant, for example, and then only make the purchase at a more convenient time, on the same day or on their next day off.
*Receiving an e-mail does not necessarily guarantee that you will buy the products it contains. Sometimes the user makes a purchase thanks to a call to action in the e-mail (buttons redirecting them to your site).
It's common to be attracted by a product in the email, then later get lost on the site and buy a similar product or one from a completely different category.
