If you enter your orders manually with an email address from your contact database (in-store orders, B2B orders…), that it is targeted in email messages, and you open these emails, these orders may be considered as orders generated by Kiliba email messages.
To avoid this :
- You have the option of blacklisting the email address in question
- Creating a status in your dedicated back office and unchecking it on Kiliba (see screenshot above) so that these orders no longer show up in your sales figures.
➡️All you have to do is go to the "User profile" tab in the app, then to "Display settings" :
This will allow you to select the status of your orders that you wish to appear or not in your sales generated by Kiliba in the tab "Orders ".
*This feature is only available for versions of Prestashop 1.6 and higher.
Statuses must be created in the back office of your online store and linked to orders generated by Kiliba in order to appear.
- Delete turnover attributed to a specific customer
To take this a step further, you can, if you wish, choose to delete the turnover generated by a particular customer.
To do this, go to the "Contacts" tab, select the customer and click on "Ignore the turnover".
