How does this scenario work?
Kiliba applies the criteria configured in your account and prepares a revalidation email. Make sure that your settings and message meet your obligations before activation.
How to configure it
- Open Scenarios, then select GDPR Revalidation - 3 Years Commercial Inactivity.
- Review the options and eligibility criteria shown in your account.
- Review and customise the content of each email.
- Check the previews, then activate the scenario.
