How does this scenario work?

A first message is sent to low-activity contacts. Two months later, if they haven't responded, a follow-up reminder is automatically sent.

How to configure it

1. Open Scenarios, then select Contact Wake-Up.
2. Review the options and eligibility criteria shown in your account.
3. Review and customise the content of each email.
4. Check the previews, then activate the scenario.
