🔎 We have 2 product recommendation algorithms :

• Recommendation by buyer similarity (ALS)
  • If the ALS recommendation does not generate a recommendation for a customer, the ALS part will be replaced by the best-seller products + the most-visited products for the customer
• Recommendation by pair of products purchased

💡 Some additional information on recommendation :

• The Usecase do not recommend products that have been sent to a customer within the last 3 emails
• A product already purchased by a customer will no longer be recommended
• If there are no complementary products to a purchase, then Kiliba replaces them with the most popular products in the same product category
• Products with a price equal to 0€ are not recommended in emails
