The algorithm analyses your contacts’ activities (abandoned shopping cart, product page visit, etc.) and your website (new product, products being promoted, etc.) to make relevant recommendations to your contacts.
The usecases are also classified depending on their performance to not contact a customer twice in the same day and offer a usecase that works better.

In case scenarios are enabled.
- If a contact has made a purchase recently, they will receive the email “Cross-Selling” and not “Anniversary” because the Cross-Selling scenario is more converging.
- If a customer is affected by an email “Abandoned Cart” and a “Visit without Purchase”, the email concerning the Abandoned Cart Reminder will go first.
