Two types of promotional codes exist on the Kiliba app:

• The automatic coupon, generated by Kiliba then integrated into your CMS
• The manual coupon, already existing in your CMS to be reported in Kiliba

🔖 THE MANUAL COUPON

Simply fill in the information of the code already created in your CMS (Example: code, amount, validity date, option: quantities, etc.).

🔖 AUTOMATIC COUPON

You have two options: the code “Generic” or “Individual”:

For these 2 options, enter on the Kiliba app the discount’s terms of validity in order to have them automatically integrated by Kiliba in your CMS.

• Generic discount → 1 single coupon for all targeted contacts (see screenshot)
• The individual discount → 1 unique coupon per sent email, usable by a single customer only (see screenshot)

*Discounts cannot be combined.

Please note that stored products can benefit from a discount (except if the conditions of validity do not allow it, for example a minimum amount on the shopping cart...).
