The location of your invoices depends on the platform used to pay for your Kiliba subscription.
Subscription billed directly by Kiliba
- Sign in to Kiliba.
- Open My subscription.
- Select View my invoices.
- Choose an invoice to view or download it.
Subscription purchased through the Shopify marketplace
Kiliba charges appear with your other Shopify charges. Find the corresponding invoice in the billing area of the Shopify admin.
If an expected invoice is missing, use the Submit a request form and include the relevant period and your subscription method.
