Subscription billed directly by Kiliba
- Sign in to Kiliba.
- Open My subscription.
- Review the plan and contract information shown on this page.
Subscription purchased through the Shopify marketplace
If you subscribed to Kiliba through Shopify, subscription and billing information is managed in the Shopify admin. Open the billing area for your Shopify store.
If the expected information is unavailable in both Kiliba and Shopify, use the Submit a request form and include your store name and subscription method.
