The Referral scenario lets your customers share an invitation with friends and applies the rewards configured in your account.

Before you start

• Define the referrer and referred-customer rewards in the scenario settings.
• Check the associated landing page and emails.
• Activate the scenario to enable referral information collection.

Depending on your journey, you can use the email provided by the scenario or generate a direct referral link from Kiliba. Reward conditions depend on the configuration saved in your account.
