The Name Day scenario lets you send a message on the celebration date associated with a contact’s first name.

How it works

Kiliba matches recognised first names in your contact database with the name-day calendar. Only eligible contacts whose first name can be associated with a date can receive the email.

How to configure it

1. Open Scenarios, then select Name Day.
2. Review and customise the email.
3. Check the preview, then activate the scenario.
