The Abandoned Carts scenario follows up with eligible contacts who added products to their cart without completing their order.

How to configure it

1. Open Scenarios, then select Abandoned Carts.
2. Set the follow-up delay offered in your account.
3. Review and customise the email.
4. Check the preview, then activate the scenario.

Triggering depends on the cart data sent by your store and the eligibility rules applied by Kiliba.
