The New Year scenario lets you send a seasonal campaign to your active contacts at the beginning of the year.
How to configure it
- Open Scenarios, then select New Year.
- Choose when the campaign should be sent.
- Review and customise the email content.
- Check the preview, then activate the scenario.
The content and product selection depend on the configuration saved in your account.
