Account setting

1. Open Preferences, then the email settings.
2. Under Open tracking, choose whether Kiliba should add a pixel to emails.
3. If tracking is enabled, also choose the behaviour to apply when the contact's preference is unknown.
4. Save.

When account-wide tracking is disabled, no opens are tracked, regardless of the contact's status. If tracking for unknown statuses is disabled, Kiliba limits it to contacts who explicitly accepted it or received the dedicated information email.

You can also display the secure link that lets recipients refuse the pixel without unsubscribing from marketing communications.
