Connect Mailchimp to Kiliba to keep contact exclusions consistent across your tools.
Before you begin
In your Mailchimp account, create a key from the API Keys page.
Connect the integration
- Open Integrations in Kiliba and select Mailchimp.
- Paste the key into the dedicated field, then click Connect Mailchimp.
Synchronisation
Once connected, Kiliba synchronises blacklisted contacts. You can also enable automatic contact import; imported contacts are then available to the Warmup scenario.
Security and troubleshooting
Store the key in a secrets manager. Never send it in a ticket or screenshot. If it is exposed or lost, revoke it in Mailchimp, create a new one and update the Kiliba integration.
