A Kiliba Connect API key allows an authorised application to use the features exposed by Kiliba’s public API.
Generate the key
- In Kiliba, open External connections.
- Open Kiliba Connect.
- Select Generate your API key and confirm.
- Copy the key and store it in a secrets manager. Never place it in source code, a public ticket or a screenshot.
Replace or revoke a key
Generating a new key replaces the current key. Integrations using the previous key will stop working until they are configured with the new one.
If you believe the key has been exposed, revoke it immediately from Kiliba Connect, then generate a new one.
Technical documentation
Available endpoints and their format are documented in the Kiliba Connect API documentation.
