Blacklisting excludes a contact from your Kiliba sends. You can blacklist one contact manually or import a list, and whitelist them again when needed.

Blacklist one contact manually

1. Open Contacts.
2. Search for and select the contact.
3. Click Blacklist and choose a reason.

Import a blacklist

1. In Contacts, open Blacklist management › Import a blacklist.
2. Upload a CSV file containing one column of email addresses.
3. Choose a reason, then click Import a blacklist.

The file must not exceed 2.5 MB. See also how to remove a contact from the blacklist.
