Unblacklisting a contact allows them to receive emails again.

Unblacklist a specific contact :

📒 Step 1 : Go to the "Contacts" tab

⚫ Step 2 : Go to statuses and select the "blacklisted" filter at the top left of the table.

🟢 Step 3 : Select the contacts to be unblacklisted and click on "Whitelist".

Unblacklist multiple contacts :

📒Step 1 : Go to the “Contacts” tab.

⚫Step 2 : Click on the “Actions” button at the top right of the page > “Import a whitelist”

🟢Step 3 : Import the csv file* then click on “Import a whitelist”.

*This csv file must include a single column with your contacts

💡 Please note :

From Kiliba, it's not possible to delete a contact. If you wish to do so, go to the back office of your CMS. Kiliba will then synchronize this modification from your back office to the application.
