Kiliba module updates include fixes and improvements. Install the version provided by Kiliba without deleting the existing module first.

Update the module

1. Download the module from the official Kiliba link and keep the ZIP file.
2. In the PrestaShop back office, open Modules > Module Manager.
3. Select Upload a module, then upload the new ZIP file.
4. Confirm the update if prompted by PrestaShop.
5. Open the Kiliba module settings and make sure your Kiliba ID is still present. If needed, retrieve it from Preferences.

Check the connection

Return to Kiliba and check that your store is shown as connected. Synchronisation resumes automatically with the configured module.

If the store is no longer detected, never share your token publicly. Use the Submit a request form and include your PrestaShop and module versions.
