The Kiliba module connects your PrestaShop store to your Kiliba account and synchronises the data required for your campaigns.

Before you begin

• Create your Kiliba account.
• Make sure you have administrator access to the PrestaShop back office.
• Keep your Kiliba ID at hand.

1. Download the module

In the Kiliba connection journey, select PrestaShop, then download the module from the official Kiliba link.

Keep the file in ZIP format: do not unzip it.

2. Install the module in PrestaShop

1. In the PrestaShop back office, open Modules > Module Manager.
2. Select Upload a module and upload the ZIP file.
3. When installation is complete, open the Kiliba module settings.

3. Connect the store to Kiliba

1. Copy your Kiliba ID from Preferences.
2. Paste it into the Kiliba module settings, then save.
3. Return to Kiliba: the connection is detected automatically.

Contacts, products and orders then synchronise in the background. Wait until the initial synchronisation is complete before checking your data or activating your first scenarios.
