Choose how Kiliba measures opens and informs contacts whose preference is not yet known.
Configure tracking
- Open Preferences › Your emails.
- Turn the tracking pixel on or off according to your policy.
- Choose what to do for contacts whose consent is unknown.
- If needed, enable the Open tracking information scenario. It sends a dedicated message without a pixel to the relevant subscribers.
These settings apply to all sends. Make sure they match your privacy policy.
