Domain authentication lets you use a sending address consistent with your brand. Configuration requires access to your domain's DNS zone.

Configure the domain

1. In Kiliba, open the sending-domain settings and start authentication.
2. Copy the displayed DNS records exactly.
3. Add them at your DNS provider without changing their name, type or value.
4. Return to Kiliba and run the verification.
5. Once validated, activate the domain and send a test email.

DNS propagation depends on your provider and has no guaranteed duration. Do not remove an existing record without approval from the person managing your domain.

If verification fails

Compare values character by character and check whether your provider automatically appends the domain name to the host. Never send access credentials for your registrar or DNS zone.
