💡In this article, we explain how to install the Kiliba module from your WooCommerce site !
🛍️ Step 1 : Connect your shop
First, create your account from the Kiliba application and connect your shop :
Click on the "Connect your shop" button and follow the steps indicated :
*If you click on "I just want to discover the application", you'll be able to connect the module immediately afterwards (see screenshot).
- Select your CMS WooCommerce
*If you click on "Skip this step", you'll be able to connect the module immediately afterwards.
- Once on this screen, check that your shop URL is correct, then you can proceed to step 2 to connect your shop :
💾 Step 2 : Install the Kiliba extension on your Wordpress back office
- Click on the "Downloading Kiliba in my shop" link to download the Kiliba Wordpress extension, then upload the zip to the wp-content/plugins folder in your Wordpress back office by clicking on Extension > Add > Upload an extension
- Click on the "Install now" button, making sure to install the module on the production shop, then confirm by selecting "Ok".
🦉 Step 3 : Activate the plugin
Wait a few seconds for the installation process to complete, then select "Activate" at the bottom left.
Activate the Kiliba module on your Wordpress back office from the Extensions tab.
The Kiliba plugin is now activated ! It can be seen from the Extension tab in the left-hand menu.
🔑 Step 4 : Generate the connection keys
The consumer key and the secret key must be generated in the admin panel of your WordPress site (https://example.com/wp-admin).
- Once logged into your WordPress admin panel, navigate to WooCommerce ① and then Settings ②
- Select the Advanced ③ then REST API ④ and Add a key ⑤
- Fill in the following fields :
Description : This identifies the purpose of the keys. "Kiliba", for example.
User : The user who should generate the keys.
Permissions : Read/write.
Once generated, copy and share the two keys on the Kiliba application (the next step).
💾 Step 5 : Synchronize your data from Kiliba
Go back to your Kiliba space and copy and paste the customer key and the secret key then click on Start.
And that's it ! Synchronization is underway !
Depending on the size of your database, this synchronization can take from a few minutes to a few hours.
Your site data (contacts and product catalog) will appear in the "Your contacts" and "Your products" tabs.
You can already activate the scenarios of your choice and customize the templates !
