The blacklist excludes a contact from your Kiliba sends. You can add one contact manually, import a list or restore contacts when appropriate.

Blacklist one contact

1. Open Contacts.
2. Find and select the contact.
3. Click Blacklist, then choose a reason.

Import a list

1. In Contacts, open Blacklist management, then Import a blacklist.
2. Upload a CSV file containing one email-address column. The header can be email, emails, e-mail or mail.
3. Choose a reason and start the import.

The file must not exceed 50 MB. Kiliba detects common CSV separators and ignores values that are not valid email addresses.

Restore contacts

Filter contacts by their blacklisted status, select the relevant people, then use the restore action. Before restoring a contact, make sure you have a valid basis for sending them communications again.
